Why you no longer reply ..?

Im using AdQuick but dont understand how the payouts are handled. I created two accounts with different paypals, and created an ad which I bought. I went into the adminarea to send payouts, but no money was send. However the balance on my account at my site was reduced to a - value. How am I, as an admin who takes a % of the money spent by advertisers paid? how does it work?

When i try to add a new website to Google, i always do the same three things.

1) Add Direct To Google - http://www.google.com/addurl
2) Create an XML Feed For my site at http://www.xml-sitemaps.com, then use that xml feed with Googles Webmasters Tools at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
3) Submit site to digg.com

This has always worked for me.

how to use 2. step for blogger sites...Can you explain me please
