most probably these sites http://www.myspace.com/ www.msn.com www.fok.nl have the proxy IP address blacklisted.
take a look at: http://php.net/curl you can use proxy and hide your IP :)
that seems like a difficult job using javascript and/or php. I would suggest you find someone who knows Flash and pay him do what you want.
