There are many barriers to self-advancement that people experience from time to time. Fear, anxiety procrastination, and self-sabotage can leave us feeling stuck, unable to take the necessary steps toward the futures that we imagine for ourselves.
John helps people who struggle with fear, procrastination, stress, time management, overwhelm, self-doubt, or feeling STUCK. He is a Life Coach skilled in the arts of organization, strategy, and accountability who can give you the tools for achieving clarity of purpose and the ability to move forward
John is an Author, Teacher, Certified Life Coach, & Inspirational Speaker. He has earned certifications as a master coach, coach practitioner, and NLP practitioner from the Certified Coaches Federation. He has also earned certifications as an accountability, assessment, and strategy coach with JTS Advisors. John has worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and has witnessed many patients overcome tremendous medical challenges. His passion is to help others realize their potential through coaching, teaching, writing books, and inspirational speaking.
At an early age he had a natural curiosity about how the mind works and why some people were inordinately successful while others struggled through life. He was fascinated by research done by Abraham Maslow and his hierarchy of needs as well as research done on the conscious and subconscious levels and of the mind. This led him to an in-depth study of the self-development field by reading books, attending seminars, listening to CDs, and learning about coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He learned from experts in the physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, and relational areas and decided to write about his experiences in his first book How Will You Paint Your Life Today, so that he could help others realize their potential as well as his own.
Some of his early mentors and role models include Dr. Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, Mother Teresa, Ghandi, Dr. Milton Erickson, Jim Rohn, Dr. Stephen Covey, Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightningale, Dr. Denis Waitley, Brian Tracy, Dali Lama, Paramahansa Yogananda, Dr. Susan Jeffers, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Zig Ziglar, and many others. Some of his recent mentors include many of the teachers from the movie The Secret, which include Bob Proctor, Mike Dooley, Ester Hicks, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Marci Shimoff, Rhonda Byrne, Dr. Joe Vitale, Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, Neal Donald Walsh, Morris Goodman, and several others.
Several years ago he sent a copy of his book to Anthony Robbins asking for his feedback, and he can remember receiving a letter from Tony challenging him to practice CANI which stands for continuous and never-ending improvement. John took his challenge, and has always embraced this belief, which has served him well over the years. He believes that we’re either growing or slowly dying inside, especially when we choose to stay inside our comfort zone!
    Question and answer

    Q. What do you like most about being a Life Coach?

    A. What I enjoy most about coaching, teaching and training is to watch my clients grow and develop over time. I feel a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment knowing that I played a part in helping them reach their goals. To watch a client have a transformational shift or breakthrough in their thinking and behavior is priceless. I love making a difference in the quality of my clients lives and sharing in their excitement as they reach their goals.
    Q. What are your most common types of clients?

    A. Most clients seek me out when they feel:
    1. Stuck in their personal life and need a gentle yet firm nudge to get them moving in the right direction to reach their goals. They are also looking for someone to hold them accountable so they do what they say they are going to do. The reality is that most people are more likely to be accountable to someone like a coach, than they are to themselves. That’s one of the reasons why life coaching is so effective in getting people to do what they normally don’t want to do.
    2. Stuck in their business and want to establish a powerful internet presence through automation, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and internet marketing. I help my clients attract more customers and traffic, which translates into more profits for their business. They also realize a savings of time and money because their learning curve is significantly shortened through my coaching, training, and expertise
