3.For N different mockups:-
milestone 1:
$300 for the first mockup designed.
100% of the payment should be released from the esrcow when you confirm the design after revisions.

milestone 2:
$100 for the second mockup designed.
100% of the payment should be released from the esrcow when you confirm the design after revisions.
milestone N:
$100 for the n-th mockup designed.
100% of the payment should be released from the esrcow when you confirm the design after revisions.

Final deliverable : Only 1 PSD file of the selected mockup.
for inner-pages: extra $100(upto 5 innerpages)
timeframe :4days(max) per theme.
Unlimited revisions will be provided until the client's 100% satisfaction.

-> Unsold readymade themes $200 ,PSD(uncoded) .Full rights. Theme will be customized for your niche or product.
option 2:Readymade sold themes.
-> For customizing and modifying the existing sold themes in my portfolio as per your wish and for your niche or product will be charged $150 .Color variations and little modifications will be there without changing the global theme .
option 3:Custom new theme
-> Charges , milestones and multiple options:
1.For only one mockup :-

$300 for the mockup designed.
100% of the payment should be released from the esrcow when you confirm the design after revisions.
Final deliverables: 1 Organised PSD file.
