The absolute best place to learn is SEOBook. Aaron has created a huge library of training materials and you can learn a lot by going through them.

At a much lower cost, and a much lower service level, I recommend NetBuilders. Join the forum and then apply for membership in the NetBuilders Guide group to be able to access the private training material.

I don't see NetBuilders ever implementing that change.

We have the thread bumping mod installed and configured, so thread bumping is almost a non-issue for us.

When we grow to the point where it does become an issue, we will create more forums in the Marketplace so that this is still much less of a problem.

We will also keep our mod-to-member ratio high, so that the mods are never overwhelmed and forced to implement policies like this.
